Dexterity Partners acts as lead adviser on sale of Taylor’s Timber Centre Limited

Dexterity Partners are delighted to have acted as lead adviser to the Shareholders of  Taylor’s Timber Centre Limited on the sale to Woodworks Timber Limited. This has brought together two long established Timber merchants to create a strong regional presence, increasing the product range and local convenience for customers.

The deal was completed in an extremely tight deadline enabling the shareholders to benefit before the change in Capital Gains tax rates. This was only possible because of Dexterity Partners start to finish project management of all aspects of the sale utilising their in-house team.
